Objective
Our client was looking to replace the current Vice President of Operations with someone who could bring a fresh perspective to the team. Their team began prioritizing growth and expansion and needed someone to lead that charge.
Process
After initial sourcing and outreach, the pool of candidates were strong and eager to meet with the client. The process was longer than expected because of varying schedule conflicts. However, Leap was able to bridge the communication between the client and candidate to ensure a smooth interview process.
Outcome
Leap ensured that there was set communication expectations to put the candidate in the best position with the client. Through a series of interviews, the client was able to extend an offer to one of Leap’s prospective candidates. Since then, the candidate has been onboarded and our client is satisfied with the progression of their business since the new hire.
