Our client was looking to replace the current Vice President of Operations with someone who could bring a fresh perspective to the team. Their team began prioritizing growth and expansion and needed someone to lead that charge.

Process


After initial sourcing and outreach, the pool of candidates were strong and eager to meet with the client. The process was longer than expected because of varying schedule conflicts.
