Objective
Our client, a cancer and blood treatment center, was looking for a registered nurse that had specific experience with oncology patients. This nurse would have well rounded nursing experience in oncology to best serve patients and the sensitive nature of their diagnosis.
Process
The sourcing process for this particular role presented a unique challenge to find a qualified candidate in the ideal region for the treatment center. The position logistics itself were wonderful for attracting talent, but the team was tasked with narrowing the pool down to the most qualified candidates.
Outcome
Our Leap representative was able to ask the candidates about their specific oncology experience tasks to best align them with the needs of the client. Based on their specific experiences, the most qualified candidates were submitted and interviewed by the client. Subsequently, one of Leap's candidates was offered the position and successfully hired.
