Objective
As an emerging brand concept, our client was looking for someone to further expansion across several states. The perfect candidate would possess substantial knowledge of the growing industry, a deep understanding of their target market, as well as the capacity to lead a workforce effectively.
Process
Given the unique nature of this concept and its target consumers, the search was more specific than a typical Market Coach search. The niche market and distinctive qualifications of a potential candidate made for a lengthy selection process. Outcome
