Objective
Our client was looking for someone to directly report to an executive. The ideal candidate will assist with all responsibilities related to growth and business development. The position required a unique understanding of the brand and a strong willingness to adapt.
Process
This candidate had to have a personality that works extremely well with the executive team as they would become an essential member of the team. The lengthy interview process proved itself as an obstacle in this placement process.
