Objective
The new hire would need to possess the ability to lead and manage the existing units, as well as leading growth in other areas of business. The ideal candidate would have experience with diverse brands, proving their ability to manage several concepts.
Process
Finding a larger pool of candidates proved to be difficult. There are some logistics that go into a district manager career move, and some candidates were hesitant to make a move. Fortunately, the team was able to find a candidate with a rockstar background, willing to take the leap.
Outcome
Our team's initial evaluation proved successful and the client made the decision to hire after just one interview. It was extremely successful to have one submittal, followed by one interview leading to one hire.
