Objective
Our client was looking to fill a Director of Facilities that would be responsible for the oversight over several units ensuring their smooth operation. The oversight is specific and requires close attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have specific interest and experience in the beauty industry.
Process
From the very beginning the client expressed their desire for an in depth interview process. The client needed to ensure that the person they would hire had the ability to handle this role as it is essential for the unit’s function.
