Objective
The client was looking for someone capable of overseeing and assuming responsibility as director of culinary for four different locations. The areas where the roles were based are diverse and demanded someone familiar with the region.
Process
The client was interested in speaking with a number of candidates to ensure that they made the right decision in choosing to hire someone. The ideal candidate would be someone local to the area and with multi unit culinary experience. The search was challenging and needed to be adjusted for the set of criteria designed by the client.
Outcome
After a number of unique searches and phone interviews, our team was able to successfully submit and place the candidate. The candidate was looking forward to starting and has been successfully on-boarded onto their executive culinary team.
