Objective
The client was looking for someone to oversee all of their 25 units as part of their finance department. For a brand this large, finances play a huge part in the daily business operations and require someone to closely monitor their functions. The ideal candidate would have experience with a finance department for a national brand.
Process
Our team was sourcing individuals that were both local to the market as well as experienced in the finance industry. The candidate needed to possess the attitude for growth and innovation for a large scale brand. The interview process was skill based and offered insights into personality traits that would best fit the finance team.
Outcome
Through a number of interviews and sourced candidates, the most qualified candidate was selected through a referral. The client was very pleased with the candidate that was referred and extended an offer.
