Our client was a private equity backed wellness concept looking for someone to lead franchise growth. The ideal candidate would have both industry experience and proven success in growing a franchise division.
Process
Traditional sourcing efforts proved difficult in finding the person with a background fitting the role. Our team was able to ask professionals in their network for referrals, officially beginning the full cycle recruitment process.
Outcome
Through a series of referrals, we were able to submit a strong candidate who fit the qualification criteria provided by the client and private equity firm. The client was impressed with the individual's background and the reflection of success that could have on their concept. After a series of interviews, our client was able to hire and onboard Leap’s submitted candidate.
