Objective
Our client was working on the start up of a new quick service restaurant brand and was looking to build the perfect executive leadership team. The company was looking for a seasoned executive to build a new brand from the ground up. The ultimate goal was to have a strong leader who could lead significant progress of a startup.
Process
The search was framed around executives that have had proven results with start ups or new brands. The Leap team initially looked at senior leaders with CEO experience but quickly found the search was not limited to these individuals. The client was looking for relevant experience coupled with the right cultural fit, which widened the potential candidate pool.
Outcome
After several submissions, the client was able to narrow their selection down to one candidate. The client was able to approve the selected individual based on their experience and personability aligning with their new brand. The brand and its executive leaders have seamlessly integrated for the growth of their new concept. Leap ultimately exceeded the client’s expectations for the CEO position.
