Objective
The objective for this role was to find someone to replace the standing CEO, with visions of revenue growth in the future. The goal for this new hire was to increase EBITDA from $7mm to $10mm, as well as to introduce private equity transactions for brand expansions.
Process
This search had an edge to it with specific candidate requirements. This role appealed to a wide range of candidates, but would only fit for those in a certain salary range and region of the country. Relocation and salary adjustments played a part in candidate submittals. Several other factors regarding private equity experience were also considered during the search.
Outcome
Our team conducted extensive research on interested applicants and were able to select and submit the candidate most suitable for the role. The search was conducted in 2 days, and the client was able to do their interviewing and extend an offer.
