Brand President - Eversmith Brands
Objective
The objective of this role was to identify a home services executive that had knowledge and experience with lawn care and home service brands but was versatile enough to stretch across other industries and brands.
Process
The most important part of this search was ensuring qualified candidates did not have any restrictive non-compete agreements. Because this role is expansive across industries, it was important that the candidate be legally eligible to take the offer. Additionally, this role was not advertised as open. The candidate had seen some of our marketing initiatives, was in the market for a new role, and reached out to see how his skills could fit with any opportunities.
Outcome
Our team and that candidate were strong enough to create an open role out of seemingly nothing. The client was impressed with the skills and experience of our candidate and was able to fit them into their leadership team. Both Leap and the client received mutual benefit from this placement.
