Objective
This client has dedicated a lot of time and resources to rebranding and restructuring the leadership team to hopefully foster growth and change. For this role, our client was looking for fresh talent with a modern mindset to change the way the operations department is run.
Process
Because this role was regional, there was a push to source talent in local areas. The interview process was focused on finding someone with a renewed sense of operations and leadership, willing to work with a company in a transition period.
Outcome
After negotiations and a series of interviews, the qualified candidate was sourced and hired. This individual had demonstrated all of the potential for success the client was looking for. The onboarding process was smooth and resulted in mutual benefit for Leap Brands and the client.
