Objective
Our client was looking for an individual to manage the day to day operations of one location in a specific market. The candidate would need to have food service experience and a mindset concerning business operations. The national brand was working on expansion and growth and needed a strong leader in this region.
Process
The Leap Team was able to conduct the search and submit the most qualified candidates for the position. After the client interviewed and conducted their own research, the original candidate was no longer qualified due to the brand standards for background checks. The team needed to rework the search and provide the client with a new set of interested candidates.
Outcome
Learning from the process, the Leap team was able to rework the search process to provide the client with thoroughly vetted candidates. The client was very satisfied with the second pipeline and interviewed the second wave of individuals. A candidate submitted by Leap was ultimately offered and hired by the end of the process.
