Objective
Our client was looking for someone who was equipped with skills in operations that could take the concept to the next level of customer excellence. The ideal candidate would have experience in the industry and the mindset to favor growth and initiative. The area where this role was located provided a unique opportunity to advance within the organization.
Process
The Leap team was able to conduct a full cycle search including initial interviews for candidates qualified for the position. The candidates were sent over to the client for their input and feedback. The role was ultimately put on hold by the client and Leap communicated that effectively to the candidates in process.
Outcome
Just a few weeks later, the clients' Vice President abruptly left the organization causing them to have to rework their structure. The role was reopened and the client was looking to revisit their top candidate from the original search. Because Leap kept a quality relationship with the candidate, the individual was open to jumping back into the process. The client ultimately made the decision to hire the candidate after supplemental interviews.
