Objective
A general manager position is essential for the overall functionality of operating a unit. With that being said, the client was looking for a candidate they could trust to run their business safely and efficiently. Due to the industry-specific parameters surrounding this role, Leap was hired to find and secure a pool of qualified candidates.
Process
As with any role in the active entertainment industry, the ideal candidate should have previous relevant experience. It quickly became a priority to find people who were interested in growth, change, and activity. Leap went ahead with starting the interview process which saved the client a considerable amount of time in the hiring process.
Outcome
Leap was able to deliver a large pool of candidates of which the client was able to extend an offer to an individual of their choosing. The client is more than satisfied with their hire and is looking forward to growing within that specific unit.
