Our client was interested in hiring someone who had a complete understanding of a corporate backbone. The company needed to enhance their business systems, processes and infrastructure, while maintaining the existing company culture. Leap has had previous success in working with this client and was hired to help them find the perfect addition to their senior leadership team.
